As stated by Valeria in THIS POST, the Watch is calling an emergency meeting on behalf of the village in light of Sindragosa's attack. The meeting will be held Valeria and Souji at the inn at 8 PM sharp on the 17th. In other words, it takes place five hours after Sindragosa's defeat and subsequent incarceration in the dungeon.
